THE BEST MEAT FOR YOUR BARBECUE

In order to enjoy the best quality culinary experience prepared by yourselves, let the meat rest at room temperature before putting it on the barbecue. 20-30 minutes are enough to give your steak the right tenderness and juiciness.

Before you put the meat on a hot grill, slightly smear it with oil. After grilling, it is recommended to let the meat rest for 5-6 minutes. Finally, season the meat with freshly ground coloured pepper and add salt. Salt is also recommended to be freshly crushed.
