We have prepared for you venison pate with cranberries and homemade onion bread as a starter and creamy dill soup with forest mushrooms and poached egg. The main courses are hare confit in red wine and bacon with gingerbread sauce, grilled pheasant breast with roasted chestnuts, deer steak with pistachios and blackberry sauce or fallow deer burger. This menu includes something sweet as well. You should not miss a chestnut cake with forest fruit sorbet, blueberry cream and edible flowers.
