Every year the most popular and most desired event is here again and this time for two months straight. The Mexican weeks in Monte Bú just begun!
We prepare Mexican cuisine not only at events with our Con Gusto Catering (proklik do www.congustocatering.cz), but also in the summer in our restaurant. This kitchen is characterized by a variety of dishes and diverse tastes. It is traditionally full of nachos, tacos, quesadillas, burritos and combines the cooking traditions of several nations, making it popular all over the world. For several weeks we are extending our classic menu, which already includes some of the Mexican specialties.
This year's Mexican menu includes corn nachos with cheddar and jalapeños, quesadillas with jamón serrano or jalapeño peppers stuffed with cheddar as appetizers. Soup is chicken broth with chilli ancho and mushrooms. Salad is a mixture of pulled pork and chicken with vegetables and wheat tacos. The main courses are tacos with pork roasts, pulled beef, tortilla with pulled chicken or pork. Specialties are beef burger José González, rib eye steak from South American beef or Argentine sirloin filet steak. The taste buds of your children will also be satisfied. We prepared for them a tortilla filled with fried chicken pieces. And this time you can choose from two desserts, a proper chocolate chilli cake and a passion fruit sorbet.
We recommend either typical non-alcoholic drinks, which are colorful and refreshing Jarritos, or alcoholic cocktail Mexico colada and for bolder of you tequila or mezcal, which is made from agave.
