At Monte Bú, we are once again bringing the flavors of the sea to your table. We have prepared a special menu featuring fresh fish, prawns, mussels, calamari, and octopus.
Caprese con Acciughe combines Spanish anchovies, Mediterranean cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, capers, and oregano. Zuppa di Pesce brings together slow-cooked mussels, prawns, calamari, and octopus with peppers, tomatoes, and a touch of chili.
For the main courses, enjoy a whole roasted sea bass stuffed with prawns, finished tableside for the perfect dining experience. We have also prepared a roasted half king prawn served with chimichurri, lime dressing, and garlic baguette. Another highlight is linguine with swordfish, tuna, eggplant, semi-dried tomatoes, and lemon zest.
