For this occasion, we have prepared a special spring menu at Monte Bú, built on a simple idea – to let ingredients shine in their pure, clean, yet slightly unconventional form.
We see spring as a definition of lightness and freshness. That is why the menu features asparagus, peas, herbs, and citrus notes, balanced with richer flavors of butter, demi-glace, or lobster. Each course is designed to be approachable, yet still bring a pleasant surprise.
We have also included an ingredient you do not come across every day – premium Argentine horse tenderloin. It is a meat with a distinctive flavor and minimal fat, which we let stand out without unnecessary complexity.
