At Monte Bú, we have prepared Asian Specialties Weeks, where we combine premium ingredients, precise techniques, and flavors inspired by Japan and other parts of Asia.
The menu begins with a wagyu rib-eye appetizer served with Japanese buttery brioche, enoki mushrooms, egg yolk mayonnaise, salmon caviar, and a delicate touch of sakura.
This is followed by miso shiru tako, a rich dashi broth with baby octopus, miso paste, tofu, wakame seaweed, and spring onion.
For the main course, the fish option features a sashimi tuna steak bowl with fresh tuna in black sesame, sushi rice, avocado, mango, edamame beans, nori seaweed, vegetables, ginger, and ponzu sauce with lime. Meat lovers will enjoy the beef striploin prepared as a beef udon stir-fry, served with udon noodles, goma wakame, tonkatsu sauce, garlic, chili, spring onion, sugar snap peas, and coriander.
To finish, enjoy a dessert of tapioca pudding with dragon fruit, matcha powder, and Matisse melon.
