Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to slow down, forget about the outside world, and enjoy an evening meant just for the two of you. For the extended romantic weekend from February 13 to February 15, 2026, we at Monte Bú have prepared a Valentine’s menu full of wonderful flavors and aromas.
Your evening will begin with a welcome drink, the Spiritz Temptation Spritz – a delicate Chardonnay-based spritz with Spanish orange extract, served on ice with freeze-dried strawberries.
As an amuse-bouche, you will be delighted by buttery brioche with stracciatella di burrata, confit cherry tomatoes, and Genoese basil pesto.
The appetizer will please lovers of premium-quality meat: Australian Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with mustard vinaigrette, grated Parmesan, crispy onion, mizuna, and sourdough bread. An excellent combination that highlights the buttery tenderness of the meat. This course is paired with Pinot Grigio DOC Isonzo del Friuli from Masùt da Rive – a dry, fresh wine that perfectly complements the character of the carpaccio.
For the main course, you may choose from two options.
Uruguay Fillet – sliced tenderloin from Uruguay Black Angus, served with baby pear, parsnip purée, sour cherry demi-glace, grated chestnuts, and beetroot powder. This dish is accompanied by Primitivo Ausilio DOP from the Manduria region, a full-bodied and elegant wine with a distinctive character.
For those who prefer fish, we have prepared Conchiglioni Lobster: half an American lobster with conchiglioni pasta, ricotta, aged Srabena cherry tomatoes, pancetta, and chervil. A delicate combination of flavors, perfectly paired with Chardonnay Boschendal from South Africa.
To finish, enjoy our dessert Napoleon slices – layered puff pastry with cream filling, raspberry coulis, almonds, and caramel. It is served with Hibernal from Vrbovec by Piálek & Jäger, a semi-sweet wine that beautifully rounds off the evening.
