This year, St. Martin is bringing not only white wine to Kraví Hora, but above all a feast of goose and game. Come and enjoy our special St. Martin’s menu, featuring succulent goose, goose terrine gently prepared in a water bath, and even a true delicacy among hunters – badger from the Šumava forests.

Begin your evening with a delicate goose terrine with cranberries and brandy, complemented by mulberry gel, fresh blackberries, and toasted brioche. Follow it with a hearty goose kaldoun soup with liver dumplings and root vegetables to warm you up.

For the main course, you can enjoy either a quarter or a whole confit goose, served with both white onion and red plum cabbage, plus traditional pajfál bread dumplings cooked in a napkin. If you’re seeking something truly rare and unique, try our badger with plum sauce and potato croquettes – a specialty you won’t find just anywhere.

For a sweet finish, our homemade lokše with poppy seeds, rum-soaked apples, caramel, and toasted almonds are the perfect treat for long November evenings.
