It’s that time again – Monte Bú is bringing you a season of truly fantastic and one-of-a-kind burgers. This time, we’ve crafted four unique creations using only the finest cuts of meat. No compromises – just a pure, honest experience of perfect meat and top-quality ingredients.

We’re starting things off with a classic – but don’t be fooled, there’s nothing ordinary about it. The USDA Smash Burger features aged beef, red cheddar, smoked bacon, honey mayo, and spicy pickles, all served with crispy bacon fries.

If you're a fan of pepper (and a little fire on your tongue), you’ll love the Beef Green Pepper Burger with homemade spicy ketchup, organic Hoffer cheese with green pepper, red onion, and grenaille potatoes. Don’t worry, though – the heat is perfectly balanced.

Pork lovers, we’ve got you covered too. The Pulled Pork Tandoori Burger takes you on a flavorful journey to the Orient – slow-cooked pulled pork, tandoori BBQ sauce, ginger-infused onion concassé, all tucked into a red bun with nigella seeds. Served with fries and a turmeric dip on the side. Yes, please!

Think you’ve seen it all? Enter the Wagyu Royal Burger. Butter-burnt mayo, frisée lettuce, tomato, tempura-fried onion rings, a black sesame bun – and at its heart, a legendary Wagyu smash burger crowned with a 24-karat gold leaf. Because if you’re going to crown the king of burgers, do it right.
