Since opening our doors in 2013, luxury burgers and Monte Bú Restaurant have been a perfect match for meat lovers. And once again, you can look forward to a hefty portion of the finest ground beef in a fluffy bun. But those who love chicken, pork, and even meatless burgers will find something delicious in our seasonal menu too.

The Bacon Smash Burger made from aged beef is the perfect choice for anyone who loves the eternal classic. We've complemented it with melting cheddar, smoked bacon, bacon mayonnaise, onion marmalade, fresh tomato, and cucumber. Plus, a serving of baked potatoes.

If you love chicken, try the Chicken Burger coated in panko bread crumbs, fried to perfection. It's accompanied by avocado, smoked cheese, red cabbage, charred red pepper, chipotle peppers, and fresh Lollo Rosso lettuce. And of course, there are fries as a side dish, this time seasoned with smoked salt.

We did not forget to add a beloved street food favorite, the Pulled Pork Burger served in a red sweet potato bun with Tandoori Masala BBQ sauce, ginger-infused tomato concassé, fried leek, and fresh oak leaf lettuce. Golden fried onion rings and caraway seed mayonnaise are served alongside.

Not in the mood for meat? No problem. Enjoy grilled Greek halloumi cheese with brown Kumato tomato, marinated salad cucumber, arugula, and a baked egg in a green bun flavored with wild garlic. With excellent vegetable fries and herb dip on the side, it's a superb choice for a lighter burger.

And finally, an epic, true samurai-worthy burger! In a jet-black bun seasoned with spicy black cumin, you'll find fantastic Japanese Wagyu rib-eye beef accompanied by Monterey Jack cheese, roasted jalapeño peppers, romaine lettuce, white onion, and spicy Tunisian Le Phare Du Cap Bon harissa. All these flavors perfectly harmonize with the confit garlic that we used to season the fries with. Itadakimasu!
