This year we invite you to a unique gastronomic experience that we have carefully and with passion created just for Valentine's Day.

As an Amuse bouche, we have prepared an Almond Croquette with Uruguay sirloin, mizuna and ponzu. We will then indulge you with an appetizer, Salmon Carpaccio with fried eggplant and basil, beef sirloin with raspberry balsamic and crispy bread.

To please a wider range of gourmets, we have prepared a selection of two main courses. For meat lovers we have Filet mignon steak with grilled white asparagus, cauliflower romanesco and barolo sauce. Roasted sea bass stuffed with prawns with grilled Mediterranean vegetables and basil salmoriglio for those who prefer lighter delicacies.

The sweet touch at the end of our menu is the White Chocolate Ganache with strawberry shortcake, yolk wafer and refreshing dragon fruit.

The entire menu was paired with excellent wines from Korek Wines, including mostly Italian, but also German and Czech wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Negroamaro IGP Salento and Chardonnay GR NO. 6.
