Less is more, you say? Well, that is not true for tasting menus!

Our menu is tasteful not only because you can pair it with wines from Korek Wines.

We are preparing herbal quark with focaccia and grissini as Amuse bouche. Then you will be served sweet-chilli salad made from beef tenderloin marinated in a sweet-chilli marinade, lotus root, pomegranate, miso mousse, roasted eggplant and mango. The next course will play with your taste buds since it contains St. Jacob scallop with peas-lime puree, crispy cauliflower, chard and beurre blanc sauce with two kinds of caviar.

For the main course, you can choose between two dishes. We offer beef tenderloin steak with roasted spring carrot, parsley, wild broccoli, Foie Gras and truffle Demi-Glace. The other option is salmon mosaic with cucumber sauce, dill oil, avocado puree, marinated tomatoes, nori seaweed and nasturtium.

And the dessert? Our chef Viktor Kalaš prepared orange souflé with vanilla, warm salted caramel sauce and Guinness ice cream with vanilla.
