For each month of this year, we have arranged special events at Monte Bú, which are prepared by our chef Jiří Ampapa’s team.
In January it was New Year’s lentils, in February you and your beloved partner enjoyed a four-course St. Valentine’s menu. It was very successful, especially the main course with duck breast sous-vide.
In March we have prepared the steak tasting Chile Black Beef of high-quality beef meat, which is characterised by its tenderness and juiciness. Spring months are traditionally associated with Easter and our Easter offer, which you will be able to choose from in the second half of April. In May we will delight you with burgers, which we prepare in different ways – traditionally with beef or pork, as well as a vegetarian version. You can find burgers from last year here. For the summer we have prepared the event All you can eat with Churrasco, which is a traditional South American way of preparing different kinds of meat on a special grill. You can taste this meat every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p. m. throughout June. In 2019 you will not be deprived of the event which you look forward to the most. Mexican weeks will last six weeks and starts at the beginning of August. As usual, they will conclude in an evening with the Mexican band Mariachi Azteca de Praga. In the second half of September, this year’s second steak tasting will follow. October will revolve around an experience evening with a premium chef. This year we will enjoy the visit and cooking skills of jury member of the competition MasterChef and three-time and defending winner of the survey “Zlatý kuchař”, Jan Punčochář. Last year, chef Miroslav Kalina introduced his six-course tasting menu inspired by France. You can check out the evening which he led here. November will bring a venison feast and the year 2019 will traditionally conclude with New Year’s Eve celebrations and fireworks!
